Dear community,
we tried hard over a year to give small coins a new home for exchanging.
Unfortunately we have to focus KYC and other restrictive rules for continue.
And crypto winter for altcoins is coming back.
This can not be solved by us.
So we are sadly closing rocket-exchange to 31th of December 2019, 11:59 pm UTC
Importantent: Please withdrawel all your coins until that time. Otherwiese they will get lost
Trading is possible until then.

Why your exchange is very low volume ? Many token or coins not famous in my ears. I think you must add coin top 10 CMC in your exchange. Good luck dev
Top 10 coin of CMC have hundred of exchanges. Why should they be traded here. The reason with the volume is simple, the whole altcoin market is down e.g. DOGE at Cryptobridge has a volume of 0.08 BTC.
And as we list the small coins requested, they have small volume. But when you look at Volta https://rocket-exchange.net/market/BTC-XVT (it will land on ENY little bug) it has a reasonable volume.
Give it time we dont have a rush. Its not a scam so it will survive.

Just checked your site. It has a simple interface and not confusing either for the users. If possible can you share whitepaper of emergency coin here. I checked in the internet but couldnt find it.

Can you reveal couple of those reasons? I haven't heard about it before, and neither can find it on coinmarketcap.
And ENY is a social coin we know not doing any scam.
Now you hear it
As legadary user you should know that CMC is rubbish work making conclusion about Altcoin. They have their special attiude about listing or non listing and not even tell whats problem.

Yes you are right, trading volume must increase.
We currently got some good trading volume in volta, some new coin.
About the userinterface. Its not open source, the open source version as only one trading pair :-)
Mostly it depends all on trust. So we hopefully will grow more and more.

The biggest problems for new exchangers are small trading volumes and a big price difference between buying and selling. How are things on your exchange?
If you will look at their exchange site, the trading volume is really low and most of the coins listed has no more buy order. This is the challenge for new and small exchanges. The UI is very simple as I believe they are using the open source code in this exchange. But they should improve the aesthetic appearance of their site. And right now, it is showing 149 registered users. That number is very small for a crypto exchange. They need to gain more traders on their platform.
