new wallet is struggling to connect to block chain, either zero or if lucky 1 peer.
Have done all the deleting files and boot chain along with adding the node but wallet 1.1.2 still not connecting well at all for me.
Any ideas??

Is it still possible to mine Solo?

Won't 600% of annual interest cause the coins to be subjected to a very fast inflation?

i have never used pool to mine Roicoin, i dont see any point to use pool when you can make more profit with solomining.
Pool can go offline any time but when Solomine you can blame only yourself if you PC fails and that never happends... I hope Wink

The poolminer actually gave me about 66% more performance than the walletminer does.

But yes you are right... based on the actual situation it is pointless to mine in the pool.

Can someone tell me if it is better to solo mine on 2 CPU's then connect to a pool? what would be more efficient? running 2x4threads with about 100H/s on each

The last transaction from pool I had 31.12.2017 — 16:25
From that time - 0 income on my wallet and I didn't stop mining for all that time.
I had somethig about 500 coins on miner address, but now it's empty and I had received nothing.

Well, I hope it will come back and will be working properly one day, but for current period solo mining from the wallet (or may be mining in cluster) — will be better choice, if you want to get some coins.

Same here.. mined since the pool is "working" again..
This is really annoying and I am starting to feel scammed.
Are they joking with us, or why do they tell us the pool is fixed without even
test it themselves
?
Are we the beta-tester for your pool problems?

I am really almost done with this coin.
Dev you should strongly consider to find another pool which lists you,
as this current situation doesnt show your coin in a very good light.

For now, many miners only lost time, paid electricity and got not even
a penny as return of investment.

Dumb ass

Yes, dumbass, I start feeling scammed by the pool and I suggest dev to find some other
pool to work with... But WHERE am I blaming the coin or the devs???
Las answer you got from me, as I am not discussing with idiots.

As I stated the pool is nothing to do with the devs. It was never intended to be pool mined or mined in any other way other than one click mining from the wallet. If you could be bothered to read up on the coin, the road map and the rest of the thread you would have known this. Clearly you don't care that much about the costs of mining the coin or you would have taken the time to research the coin.
The devs don't plan on a pool until the end of Q4 see the road map. If someone makes a pool that's the pool owner you need to be chatting to and you can find out who runs the pool by reading the thread and contact him if you like.

Something is still wrong with the pool. I mined for hours, balance is 0 for all workers and nothing received in wallet

Dude really!?

The pool is 100% nothing to do with the devs just like my cluster node is nothing to do with the devs.
Anyone can make a pool feel free to do so.

As others have said the coin is in its infancy. 2months old that's it. There is going to be bugs. This dev team is one of the best I have seen. So how about you pull ya head out of your ass and give them abit of slack. No one is scamming you so stop with the crap.

Maybe if this is  a coin you wish to mine but it is not working as it should give it some time to be fixed. The devs only intended the coin to be mined on the wallet not pools or clusters or stand alown miners to the wallet.

Roi coin. Is a very good coin with a good dev team and a greate community that fully support the team and the hard work.

Just take a step back 101 pages and read the thread to see how good the coin, devs and community for this coin is.you are the only one who has employed the coin is a scam coin because you have not bothered to read more than one page back. So the welcome you will get with comments like that will just get you a lynch mob after you.

My advice to you is read the topic and become a valuable member of the roi coin community or just walk now.

You fool, instead of me stepping 101 pages back I would suggest you stop talking about my head and my ass and step back
just a few comments to get clear that I am NOT blaming the coin, but only the pool!

I've run Solo Mining ON.. for serveral hours. but I still haven't received ROI coins. Could someone tell me how to setup the mining? should I send the mined hash? or is it automatically submitted?

Help is much appreciated. Thanks Newb here. SOrry
SOLO should set the correct file, your mining document should be an HTTP, can you add a screenshot of the running file?I don't know your specific question.

I just noticed something strange, after a new block is discovered, and my blockchain is updated, it seems my total balance in the GUI wallet (including deposits) is slowly decreasing in value for every block discovered.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi just wanted to give more info on this, for every single block discovered, my earned amount is dropping by approximately 0.0194 ROI per block. So far I've noticed almost 10 ROI disappear from the earned value. Is there any issue in the interest calculations? All my coins are deposited for 365 days.

Block 33794: Earned value = xxx.76447008 ROI
Block 33795: Earned value = xxx.74506092 ROI
Block 33796: Earned value = xxx.72565203 ROI

Anyone else notice this in their earned value? Please help.

Thanks!

We haven't seen any issues in interest calculations yet. I will watch it closely now...

I'm just wondering is seriously no one else experiencing this? Today I've checked and my total earned value has dropped by another 13 ROI coins... I'm losing about 14 coins a day, by the time it reaches the 365 day term deposit, I would be down by about 5k ROI coins... is there anything I can provide to help troubleshoot this issue?

Thanks

Please follow these steps so we can figure this issue out:

  • Submit the details of this as an issue at Github https://github.com/ROIcoin/ROIcoin/issues
  • Submit a zipped copy of your debug log
  • Backup your wallet.dat and then run these two flags: -rescan -zapwallettxes=2

The pool just look a bit fishy... I am also asking myself why there is a minimun payout of 2 million coins and what happened
to all the already mined coins.. are they generating ROI on the poolowners wallet?

Minimum payout 2 million?? Since when? I can't find that number anywhere on the poolsite. If that is true it would be really discouraging to mine on the pool.
I for one am solo mining anyways.
