my daemon does not seem to want to synchronize, blockchain not downloading. and no node connections. any fixes?

I'm just glad to see this coin still hashing away after nearly 2 years/600k blocks,
mostly unchanged since the new algo was introduced in Apr 2018 and
hasn't been forked to death like many 2nd and 3rd Gen CN coins this past year.
Many others just 'died of neglect', or 'went to sleep' awaiting some dev to pick the project up again.
By comparison, RTO remains a relatively healthy child in a very sick world.

I have a problem with a transaction until yesterday it was stuck in the transaction pool with more than 20 hours and without being processed, today it has not yet been confirmed and now it no longer appears in the pool and I do not locate in explorer.arto.cash through the trasaction hash.

To send huge amount decrease the mixin eg. to 0 or 1.
Try to reset the wallet under File menu.

Its fixed now. The team who handle the web wallet mistakenly filling the IP to wrong IP. He moving it to better server.
