Bro chill, timezones and what not I can't always answer immediately, I only just woke up.

Not sure what the issue is, so you're going to have to help me identify and diagnose the problem. It's gotta be something localized to you since everything on my end, and TripleHeXXX's end looks to be fine.

So for starters, can I get you to provide your debug.log so I can see what might be going on with your wallet?

As for the online wallet, I need to contact RAXE again as they manage that and the phone wallet, so I'll update you on that once I've heard back from them.

Still having problems syncing? Everything looks OK on my end.

Hi, yes, still not sync and i dont understand why i have to do something with firewall... why so complicated? Well i ask this because i really dont know how to do that and even if im not a programmer or something i work with computer every day(im graphic and video editor) then what about people who dont, they know less. Why not only, open the wallet and thats it? Also the online wallet is not working or at least since more than 8 hours i send coins there but, still is in 0... I dont know

and to be clear, im not against the coin or something, not fud here... im also mining rigth now as @juanmi@ on the triplehexxx pool, u can see it... i really want to have this working  Smiley

here is pretty late and i have to work tomorrow but i cant sleep Smiley i need to see first the wallet working (done at least) and second, in sync (until block 26 833, is also ok for me atm Wink )

I hope you get your coins back. At least it's not as bad as the $500,000 mistake this poor guy made:

Try it on another computer with windows 7 and have the same problem, opened, closed and tried to open again and get the same runtime error

Try this:

-Close all wallets
-Press the Win+R keys
-Type C:\ProgramData\boost_interprocess in the dialog box and hit OK
-Delete all the folders in the directory path that opens up
-Launch the wallet again

thanks! works, now opens but there is not block source available.. some tips for this? I have the conf file in the appdata but... maybe they are some more nodes? thanks in advance

These are the nodes from my conf file:

Code:
addnode=198.27.109.74
addnode=111.69.242.202
addnode=94.22.41.45
addnode=70.74.161.2
addnode=115.188.131.91

The wallet syncs but the blockchain is stuck on block 26833, so the dev will probably have to release a fix to get it moving again.

Thanks for the extra nodes but still the wallet is not starting to sync and about the hold off... hope didn't loose the 25k DOT i send already Wink Thanks again Vann and if u have another idea why still dont want to sync the wallet, please, let me know

It could take a few minutes before it starts syncing, but those node should work. If not try opening port 19745 on your router or make sure it's no being blocked by your firewall.

and im using the online wallet to save the coins im mining and also they dont show there... now more than one hour since they were sended

Until the blockchain starts moving again there is no way for the coins mined or transfered to confirm. You should hold off making any transfers until the blockchain has been fixed.

Something is broken. We have not been able to identify what the problem is yet. Nothing is syncing, we're looking into it. Will keep you guys updated.

Thank you for the update. I know you will figure it out.

DOT has the best devs. They have been generous with hashrate and pushed highest hash rates prior to move us past block 18000.

They don't pay me to say these things and I am not a german gimp.

You could call me a pumper but I can't help it. I think every coin is worth millions as a distributed exchange or gift card network if you are into that sort of thing. I am. I love the barter.

Go DOT Go!
