in my opinion any Kind / value of Premine is ok. someone Need to pay the bill
for Webhosting and other Services like some VPS for the Node , BlockExplorer
and other Stuff .
+ simply saying if the whole Coin is 3 Btc worth .. the Premine are just 60-70 €
so where is your Problem ?
that the dev has to pay +15 $/€ per month as Server costs ?
