So if one signs with:

Message: SEMUX address
Signer: ETH address

Then paste signature - is it clear which ETH address gets the airdrop to SEM address?

And no limit to number of ETH addresses? Because it states there is a max of ETH address or SEMUX address?

Thanks!

so for the noobs, I go to myetherwallet.com --> sign message --> in the message field I paste my Semux address --> this is what I get in return

{
  "address": "0x8xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx",
  "msg": "0xfxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx",
  "sig": "0x0axxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx",
  "version": "3",
  "signer": "web3"
}

What should I paste into the airdrop form where it asks for the signature? Everything? Only the hash from the "sig" line?

you paste the 0x0axxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx after the sig.
"sig": "0x0axxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx",

Thank mdodong, that's simple to do. But I think copy & paste all information "{  "address": "0x8xxxxxxxxxxxxx............... "web3"}, that would be eligible, too. Hope I will right.

I have paste all information too. But on Sign Message MEW, i just write "semux", am okay to go?

Thank you
You should have written your actual semux address and paste only the info after "sig" inside the quote marks.

I use MyEtherWallet offline (locally downloaded version) but I'm not sure how to sign a message doing that.  Clicking the 'sign message' link at the base of the MEW page tries to take me to the MEW website  Embarrassed

yes because you need it online(if you are using MyEtherWallet).
it is very easy to sign the message because you are only need to go here:
https://www.myetherwallet.com/signmsg.html
insert your private key on it and fill the form.

Note : Make sure you are using an official one,because there are a lot of phising website out there imposing the official.
always check the SSL before importing your private key.

you should not enter your private key directly. The preferred method is to use the browser addon Metamask and import your keys into it. Metamask can "talk" to MEW without sending your private key to the site. Whether or not you can trust Metamask is a different question. I haven't heard of security issues with it.

Airdrop based on ETH is the best way to get SEMUX recently. Don't forget to pick up snapshots in April 1st.

1. Airdrop to ETH holder website will be available on April 8, 2018
 - The snapshot has been created based on block #5357795;
 - The total allocation is 2,000,000 SEM;
 - You will get 1 SEM for each 2 ETH, max 500 SEM per address.
2. Semux v1.1.0 will be released on April 15, 2018, including the UNIFORM_DISTRIBUTION softfork.
I believe that the second news is the most important! I hope there will be a listing Semux on the exchanges soon.

What is this UNIFORM_DISTRIBUTION softfork about?

This concerns the number of block forged per validator. Currently the the blocks are not forged evenly between the 100 validators. Once this soft fork rolls out each validator will have a Uniform Distribution of forging turns.

Please can you provide a step by step approach what to do to get the SEM airdrop. On the website  a Semux address is requested, how to get that address?
You need to download the semux wallet and create an address from there.

Airdrop spreadsheet will be shared weekly.
Do you have vacant spots for newcomers, mdodong?
I would like to join Semux signature campaign in the next two weeks, when I finish my current campaign.
It might be great if there are available vacant spots for newcomers.

By the way, how about current progresses on exchange listings for Semux?

Pardon me, there is no signature campaign implementing on this forum at all. If you have some Etherum in your ether wallet before April 1st, just welcome to the current airdrop at the first page of SEM.
One last thing about exchange, there is still no official information from Dev. You can wait after the new wallet version released on April 15.

POOLS!

I've been asked a couple of times about Pools and where to vote to get paid.

The answer is.... there is no direct answer because it's changing all the time.

Someone with 8000 votes asked, and the answer is: in this case the Best 'fee' doesn't equate to most profitable.

Example....
8000 votes into pool - '100_tokenpar_com' (which is 0% fee) will get you about 6 SEM per day (8000/12100090).
Putting that 8000 into pool - 'Melvin' (which is 15% fee) will get you about  10.2 SEM  (8000/5950090)-15%

So, even though Melvin is a 15% fee, you obviously end up with over 50% more SEM daily voting in 'Melvin'.

Pool 'Kolten' is a 10% fee.  This is where things get a little more difficult, because, as long as they stay at the relative position (both around 50), it's better to vote into pool 'Kolten'; however, this changes quickly.
- Basically, most people look for the smallest fee and vote in it not realizing as those small fee pools move up the list, your votes count for less of a percentage in the pool.  So, within days, voting for 'Kolten' doesn't equate to a better rate than 'Melvin'

10% of 100 = 100% of 10

My suggestion (today) is to put your votes into 'Melvin' as you're going to make more over time than 'Kolten'
And, it's better to vote for both of those than a 0% pool like '100_tokenpar_com'.

Also Note....
There are hidden pools.  Basically validators that are setup to be private pools. They are setup to be from 0% and up.
Example... pool 'Wilson' is 15% but not advertised.  So, they could change the fee at anytime since it's private.
Another pool 'sofia' is currently at 2%.  Also not advertised and I expect the rate to change.

You could vote for various deligates and calculate your payments you get from them (assuming they pay) to determine which are working as public and fees.  It takes time and you risk making nothing.  So, vote for the ones you know of.  Just make sure you realize a 15% pool may pay better than a 10% or 0% pool simply because of the number of people/votes in it.

In a week, pools will change a lot as Uniform distribution comes into play (which I didn't touch on).  Voting will spread out (mini chaos), but the above suggestions will still be in play.  You will simply want to vote in a pool with the smallest fee and lowest number of votes (as long as the pool is in the top 100).

For my example - Today?  Voting in Melvin
