There's no fork dude. The snapshot and the btc address signature is a way of proving you had a btc balance at height #480000 so you can get SEM. It's a form of distribution of Semux which is a brand new crypto currency.

but remember,they will only credit your account if you have Bitcoin on your wallet at block #480,000 and minimum balance should be around 0.05BTC.
if you do not meet the criteria,
no matter what,they will not credit your account.

Sorry, i'm newbie so i don't know about block 480000 mean.
i just download bitcoin core and got btc wallet address. How i know my wallet at block #480,000 or not.
Can i transfer BTC from another wallet to new wallet in Bitcoin core (i don't know what's block of this wallet).
Then generate signed signature and submit to semux google form. Is this match conditions ?
I think the biggest potential of this is the JVM blockchain. This can enable so many things. Hopefully dev get this done.
