The technical value of this project is obvious to all, but I am concerned about whether the project owner is rich or has enough resources to keep SEM underestimated

I repeat my question to developers and would much appreciate their insites from experience. I like to know minimum block time BFT can acheive between blocks. Re-download it again if there's no Semux.exe file in that one. Be sure to save first your wallet.data first before doing anything else.

You can still apply for signing Semux's signature movement, but you may not be able to qualify, so you can just try to look at luck first.
