For those who didn't notice. RC3 was update 6hours ago. Please download the updated wallet and sync again. Delegates need to register again.
At what rate are delegates being activated this rc? Total number of validators?

1 every 2 hours I think

Validator list is updated every 128 blocks. This is when you see S goes V if you have enough votes.

One Validator is added every 2 hours. Max is 64 validators.

Is there any delegate pool active right now (on rc3)? If i lend to semux1,2,3 would i have my interests send back?
If you have a delegate pool and don't want to promote it (don't know why  Huh) send me a PM

What here with a block size? 5000 transactions in the block it is over good result, these are about 160 transactions per second. Here only blocks turn out on 1,8 mb, total if each block contains 5000 transactions, in a year, the weight of a blockchain will be more 2nd terabyte

This is a beautiful problem to have. This would mean we got massive adoption and is on our way to the moon.

In reality though this is not the case(yet). We are seeing transactions below 10 per block now and I dont see that changing until we go live. I'm pretty sure semux will scale well once we reach a constant 5000tx+ per block.

It's nice to see that semux has a strong community, and people actively participate in the semux test, which is a very good phenomenon Smiley Smiley

Updated to RC3 - all good here. Good job team!

I suggest that development team should reward those who still hold Semux signature and willing to do so till main net goes live .

Testing requirements have been relaxed to 2cores+4g memory, which is a good idea and is easier to commercialize. This makes the stress tests easier to pass.

We got some minor issues with the previous build. Please re-download from https://github.com/semuxproject/semux/releases

My wallet is now fully synced at block 62 with this new build.   \m/

congrats on being sync Cheesy

never doubt the semux, such little problem and glitches happens in all places, no matter what you do a small mistake on working can send your south, the importance is that you would be able to fix it before it makes bigger problems

thats what semux dev is doing right now, great support and getting back from supporters is making the project huge

just think about semux hitting an exchange and dev will see result of his efforts Wink

We are stuck at block 345.   T_T
I think this is being caused by Validators that dont pass the 2 cores + 4GB Free RAM test getting voted in. To anyone who owns a validator - the please check again - FREE RAM is an important item, this probably means an 8GB machine. 2 cores = self-explanatory.

These are just necessary growing pains I think, and the network will be awesome once all the validators get the spec right.
