A comprehensive guide is still in the works. If you want to register as delegate it will need to have 1000 SEMs for registration and 0.005 for network fee.

This will always show you newest blocks first so if you see a smaller block number growing quickly then it's syncing after a reset
Why the explorer re-syncs so often? Again it at block ~ 13,000 and if I want to check block with last airdrop it throws 500 error.
The block explorer is quite new and some bugs were found, hence the resync. So far it looks stable now.

Maybe its not a bug but explorer shows my balance 500 but i have 1000 in my wallet.
