faucet seems had some problem. so we closed it.
maybe we should add auth to it next time. it seems too easy to get coins.

faucet repaired. and our plan (part3) is ready.

but I just know some elements of part4 is not ready.
it was supposed to be ready this week. unfortunately, it need more time.

so, our part3 will delay. but i felt that i still can release some info of it this week.
because it looks like double size of part2.

then it will be part3-1, part3-2.
or I just make it part3, part4.

actually, now we are doing part5. so, don't be worry. we just need the part4 ready.
then we can make it to public.

Anarchy is not chaos.

in Part3, I will tell you more about it.

I will point out the problem and give you the solution,
then we can start fixing this major bug or weakness of our crypto world.

after that,
we will know our crypto world are just kidding, build for pump and dump games,
or really want change the world and make world better.

Good attempt to drive some intrigue into SHAcoin community.

Too bad that there are not alot of replies during last few days....
meaning there are not alot of people watching after SHAcoin

Not necessarily. I've been watching, and I've talked to others who were caught up in the initial debacle as well. I think a good many of us are just being very cautious. A lot of us put a lot of personal energy into this, only to have the dev run with the money. So with Frank and his merry men putting it back together, I think the interest may be greater than you perceive.

Why Warren Buffett does not support Bitcoin?
Because he doesn't understand bitcoin.   Also he doesn't understand the new digital era as a whole.
If we want SHACoin to succeed we need some usability for it and we need time.
Cryptocoins are very good concept and Satoshi Nakamoto was absolute genus. Our task now is much simpler... just to use this technology.
I think in the long run cryptocoins would change the world. They are the ultimate banks system for Internet. Traditional banks are like a dinosaurs compared to space ships.

I thought he was wrong at that time. but actually, that is my fault.

unfortunately, he is right till now. so I agreed what he said.

Quote
"It's a method of transmitting money. It's a very effective way of transmitting money and you can do it anonymously and all that. A check is a way of transmitting money, too. Are checks worth a whole lot of money just because they can transmit money? Are money orders? You can transmit money by money orders. People do it. I hope bitcoin becomes a better way of doing it, but you can replicate it a bunch of different ways and it will be. The idea that it has some huge intrinsic value is just a joke in my view."

Our Plan:

Part2.

now our current crypto world is like the castle in the air. its beautiful.
but it will collapse because we don't have real financial support.
electricity is not real support, because in some place of the world, its free.

If BTC keep going on without real financial support, it will turn into a scam.
because someone with free electircity can destory the price easily.
and we don't know if there will be any bug in the wallet in the future.

in fact, now we are worse than traditional banks.
we create bitcoin and altcoins as many as we can with no real financial support.
every country have its own power to guarantee their banknotes are worthy.

what we have? trust? too weakness!

we need real power, then we can build real currency system.
now we have bank system, bitcoin clients and websites.
they are good, but we need more.

keep using usd or any other country's currency as base is not good.
because if we keep using them, we are one of them.

and if usd = 0, btc = xxx usd, then btc = 0.

so, if btc was supposed to anti current bank system with limited coins,
now we use usd or any other currency to define its value, too ridiculous right?

we had saw lots of people know the problem, and know coins' price not stable,
so they try to do IPO backed by usd or gold.

but IPO is not a good idea you know.
we cannot trust anyone hold all of our money and tell us its safe.
we actually need our money stay in our own secret place.

so, it is not our plan. our plan will be better.

next week, you will see the core of the plan -- part3!

But all of this gives way before the biggest fundamental flaw of most if not all cryptocurrencies, INCLUDING bitcoin. They are not generally accepted as currency, therefore they are traded amongst a rather small group of people. This means that they have little utility at the moment. This, I think, needs addressed above all other things. The crypto that you can take to the corner market is the crypto that will replace fiat. While I think that will not be Bitcoin, I also think that bitcoin will continue to be a store of value for a very long time.

thx, very good analysis. Smiley

you are very close. I will release the part2 very soon.

Anarchy is not chaos.
I am a student of the dismal science. Particularly, the Austrian school.

Warren Buffet is correct. Bitcoin has no intrinsic value.

Neither does any alternate currency. Neither do any fiat currencies, Gold, Silver, Platinum, Ruby, Diamond...
There is no such thing as intrinsic  value. A thing is valuable because a person assigns a value to it. ALL value systems are artifice.

Now, there are certain things that are true and not necessarily relevant. Does Gold have an intrinsic value? No, it does not. Does it function well as a transactional instrument due to certain qualities that make it desirable? YES.

Now, does Bitcoin satisfy those needs as well as or to a roughly equivalent degree? At this time in history, I would have to say yes, it does. However, at the moment it does NOT satisfy those needs as well as the fiat/credit system.

Don't get me wrong. I am strongly in favor of bitcoin and similar currencies. I think it's probably the best solution to the problems associated with long distance commerce, as it has the absolute fungibility of precious metals, without the headache of physical storage, armed guards, etc. It doesn't have the faults of a fiat currency, either. No central issuing authority, no inflation beyond it's intial minting, etc. Some coins reintroduce some of those variables, and in interesting possibly gainful ways. For instance, SHA is minted by holding a stake. As are several other popular coins. This is inflationary, but possibly not to a detrimental extent.

Today is the day.

Our Plan:

Part1.

Since our crypto world are based on bitcoin, let us start from it.

Why BTC's price got stuck here? 600-700 usd? sometimes below 500 usd?
Why BTC's ATM cannot work like the other banks'? Why we cannot get banknotes from it?
Why BTC still cannot be a currency after these days?
Why BTC and other altcoins seems dying these days?
Why there are so many new technologies, we still cannot replace banks?
Why we always wait new plans and cannot do anything about it?

Why?Why?Why?Why?Why?Why?Why?Why?Why?Why?Why?Why?Why?Why?

There are so many Why!

I will tell you the reason and give you a solution.

You now have 24-48 hours to think about those questions, then you will see Part2.

how to mine? where pools?

you cannot mine it now.
but you can get some from faucets. or buy them from exchanges.
WHY??  Huh

Pure PoS coin, with an initial mining period. Specs are on the OP, I believe. From quite some time ago, the only way to generate coins is to have an open and unlocked wallet when your coins are mature. Given the staking period, that pretty much means all the time with this coin.

For a really good explanation of how PoS works, look at the Hobonickels wiki.

Perfect..

Very nice. At least it's a way to climb up the value of the currency. Wink
