You should back up your wallet, save it and store it somewhere. Then reinstall your wallet and adding nodes.Quote

Next, replace your backup file to wallet.dat file (empty one due to reinstalling new wallet); then to let it sycn after serveral minutes.

The GUI is working fine and looks great, you should give that a try while you wait
I just tried the GUI and it does look nice and is different than other GUI wallets. There doesn't seem to be an option for importing the already existing account, but I guess it doesn't hurt to have more than one account.
For example my_main_key.json should be placed in:
Windows: %appdata%/SHAFT/keystore/
Linux: %appdata%/.shaft/keystore/
Just copy it over there. As far as I remember, you don't even need to restart GUI.
Online Wallet and Explorer should work fine now, you can simply send to coins to new local address tho

The web wallet at https://wallet.shaft.sh/ is still offline. Is there a way to connect my webwallet to GUI wallet? If not, can I add a custom node to a web wallet that works?
