Is there a bounty for an Augur clone? Augur seems really easy to clone so it shouldn't be too much. Maybe 5000 SHF. Would anyone want to clone Augur for that much?

For windows:
first make a .bat file with shift-windows-amd64.exe --rpc --rpcaddr "my.lan.ip" --rpcport 53901 for solo.Wait few min for update the blockchain and start the miner.
Then start Shiftwallet 0.9.1 , the GUI

How to see if shift is mining?
I use wallet miner on CPU:

ubuntu walllet is saying Unable to establish IPC connection to Shift. Make sure Shift is running and try again.

Take off your wallet address and hashrate. You use that for pool mining ETH.

Are you sure that you have shift running with the --rpc flag? Does not sound like it... sorry but i have to go. I bet some helpful soul will explain for you:)
But basically..

EDIT: you must ALWAYS run shift-linux-amd64 (or OS you are using) in the background. You then connect to shift, either via wallet or ethminer. if you use ethminer you need to enable rpc with "--rpc" when running shift.
