I am running 1.1.1.2, on a 2009 mac mini, and it works fine all day every day.

Maybe instead of bitching you should wait for a further response.

Well we tried both of them and now it wont even start. I dont think this project will go far if we dont even have the ability to have a working wallet after all this time. How is one even meant to do the swap if you have no working wallet except for the few who are advanced enough and in the know? This should have been sorted from the start.

version 1.1.1.1 doesn't work for me either

I'm using v1.1.1.2-g32a928eBETA from github https://github.com/palmd/silkcoin/releases/download/1.1.1.1/Silkcoin-Qt-Win32-1.1.1.2-Installer.msi

Also you can get up to date quick with this
New Silkcoin folder updated for quick sync
copy it to your user\appdata\Silkcoin folder
if you get no coins in your wallet do as Crypt0Keeper did: start the wallet with the -rescan switch

Files here On Google Drive

Good syncing

Hi, am inquiring about the silkcoin client version 1.1.1.1 this wallet has been on my computer for a long time and tried to fire it up today and "no active connection to silkcoin network" is there a new client to download for a windows 64 bit as I noticed the version 1.1.1.1 is for windows 32 bit? from what I can see on the main page here its the same client and so not sure what to do from here as 1.1.1.1 seems all that is available.

Hi silkmen,
are there any updates about your roadmap? Are you going to perform a ninja launch?
I have some silk and nice staking wallet therefore it would be nice to know a bit more.

If you read a few pages back, I think you will find all the answers you're looking for. Smiley

using the search engine I was able to find what I was looking for. My bad!
However, it would be good to have those kind of info right on the first page so that everybody will know when this is going live.

There is no time set in stone. Once we are ready we will be creating a new thread and the link will be posted. New OP, all the info and no ninja business.

When I look in coin control under my main address are 3 other address's labelled as change these totaled up is almost the same as what is not showing on the block chain could I have had coins associated with these address's and deleted the address or something?

Those 3 address's show the coins on the block chain.

With coin control send them to my main address?

I think I was being stupid sorry.

The coins were on address's not in my receive address's - perhaps I had deleted the address at some stage (late at night and red eyed I expect).

With coin control moved them to my main address now on block chain under my main address.

Thanks

4k still missing think they are still tied up staking as I can see them on the block chain on there address.

Thanks

I have my wallet up to date and staking but just noticed my coin total on the blockchain is not the same as in my wallet?

My wallet reports more than the block chain so ran check wallet and all seem okay no mismatch of coins.

Any idea whats wrong with my wallet, have I lost 10k somewhere/somehow?

I am on v 1.1.1.1 could not get 1.1.0.21 to run just crashes.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Have you attempted a repair wallet?

Hi Spencer

Yes did repair wallet and it got rid of some orphans but still the same discrepancy between wallet and blockchain?

Should I run repair blockchain  to get them back? Wink

chainz says 24, i had 21 active an hour ago, usually i average 6-8 so it was notiecable, a bunch of top 20s started staking more frequently too

Just 21 full nodes. No wonder we have sync issues.

Please bare with me...but if grab my coins from Polo...I can stake them on the wallet I hear.  What is staking?  How can I help the system?  Do the wallets act as a node?

Download the Silkcoin wallet, deposit all coin to it, wait for entire chain to download, keep wallet open and don't spend anything, it will stake your total and you will earn interest. This is Staking.

A full node is a wallet running the full blockchain with a publicly accessible IP address.
