how much should I expect daily from staking 10 000 Sterlingcoins when full pos kicks in?
right now I have staked for over 2 months and have received only a few Sterlingcoins, is it because of the pow blocks?

Take you amount of coins, divide it by 100, multiply by 5.5, divide by 365.

1.506849315068493 Sterlingcoin per day in interest.

(With no disrespect meant, this is simple math that you should work out yourself)

As long as your staking you will receive the 5.5%.

Math Explained:

Total Amount / 100 = 1% of Total Amount
Multiply 1% of Total Amount by 5.5 = 5.5% of Total Amount
Divide 5.5% of Total Amount by 365 Days (1 Year) = Daily PoS Interest Percentage
i was actually more wondering if the pos interest will be 5.5% after pow because for the last 2 months that I have been regularly staking, i've got only 6 Sterlingcoins which is only about 0.37% interest, so is this because of pow? Smiley

I get 5.5% interest on my coins. You should also get that if you keept your wallet open for staking. You should again check network and wallet because PoS is 5.5% just now.

Anyway from now until Boxing Day (evening) Spencer Lievens, Matthew Langdon and Steven Saxton will only be contactable via email for extreme emergencies only.

If your pool account for example gets locked or you experience any other issue it will have to wait until the evening of the 26th unless it truly is an emergency.

Thank you for appreciating our downtime.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.

This is the wallet with Spencer Lievens that contains 23680.98852834 Sterlingcoin. The transactions shown are just the PoS blocks of interest from today, this wallet is left staking ALL the time:

Everyone we have spoken to gains interest at the same rate roughly as us (at least a few transactions per day) and your the first we have had that has reported this.

The price rise continues....

It's still severely undervalued, after PoW finishes, I’m expecting a sharp rise, current market price of $25,000 in nothing.
I miss BRIT.

Hopefully there will a be relaunch soon.

What do you miss about BRIT? Because the owner of Britcoin sold it off as he couldn't take it any further and is now an active member of our community.

I agree that you should definitely be selective because of risk and cost, Look at things such as volume and liquidity. A poll just identifies coins with the most shill accounts, your decision should be an economics based one.

I agree with you. That's why we're monitoring the progress of all the altcoins on our poll.

The vote count is just one factor. I personally have been following this thread ever since I added SterlingCoin to our poll.

How many coins will be added from the vote?

We have not set a hard limit. If there is sufficient demand and we find the coin promising, we will add it.

Are you UK, Europe or USA based?

We were doing ok at one point, I looked 2 or 3 days go and we were down to zero votes, im not even convinced he wants to add another coin, I mean, how long has the voting been going on now, just another spam type technique to bring attention to his site  Roll Eyes

Unless another coin was added and he started the vote again

We are truly interested in accepting additional altcoins, but we have to be selective due to the cost and risk involved.

Darkcoin got added to DirectBet thanks to the poll. It got 177 votes in a few days. After adding it, we removed it from the poll but did not reset the vote count.

Monero also received a lot of votes but we were unable to add it as of yet for reasons that are not in our control.

When does the vote finish?

We have not set a deadline. We will probably keep the poll open for awhile. We will integrate the most requested altcoins and remove them from the poll, just like we did with Darkcoin.

Well said. Coins such as Blackcoin, Peercoin, Vericoin and Sterlingcoin which are on your vote are good coins to add. Good developers and seem to be non-scammy thus far.

(we may be wrong but we haven't heard news to say otherwise, yet)

EDIT: Obviously we are talking about Blackcoin, Peercoin and Vericoin. We are not vetting ourselves.
