I have already contact BTER's customer service QQ(something like a google chat), they replied that they got our request and their team will evaluate every coin to figure out what's next.

But i believe that reply means nothing. that's how they reply to every request.

you can shot them emails in English, they can read english. No google translate chinese pls!

hey friend
go to %AppData%/SmartCoin folder
copy your wallet.dat file to another place and delete this files
>database folder
>blk0001.dat file
>blkindex.dat file

and run your smartcoin wallet again and wait for finishing the sync
