Capital required to launch the SunContract platform will be secured through a crowdfunding campaign - SunContract token sale. By participating in the token sale you will receive SNC tokens. As the only crypto currency we accept on the token sale is Ether, we decided to fix the amount of SNCs to the Ethers we gather. The basis for token issuance is set at a ratio of 10.000 SNCs per 1 ETH. You can read more on the topic in our whitepaper.

Announcement of SunContract Tokensale
We are glad to announce our final date of tokensale for development of SunContract platform. Campaign will initiate on Wednesday, June 28th and will last for four weeks until July 25th. Exact start will be at 3PM UTC time.
We will raise funds only in Ether. ICO price of SNC token will be as followed:
- First week (from June 28th to July 4th) 1 ETH will be worth 11.500 SNC;
- Second week (from July 5th to July 11th) 1 ETH will be worth 11.000 SNC;

i like your concept but have two quick questions:
1. do i need an invitation to join your slack?
2. have you checked whether producers and customers can legally have a PPA contract between them? For example in several countries retail customers (even corporate) do not have the option to buy directly from producers so that they cannot bypass the utility companies so easily. what is the idea to address such situation?

you don't need an invitation. Do you have problems joining it?
We are aware of problem with different jurisdictions. That is why we allocated quite a big portion of funds for legal matters. But we predict EU shouldn't be a big problem because market is very liberal. We will try to overcome legal issues with our legal team.
