Top 5 countries with renewable energy

1. Denmark

˝Denmark is building a $34 Billion green energy Island. The island will be approximately 120,000 SQ M. Focused entirely on green energy it will initially produce enough electricity to power 3 million homes.˝

2. Germany

˝In the first half of 2019, renewables accounted for 47,7% of Germany˙s electricity production. By 2030 the country aims to get at least 65% of its electricity from renewables, this includes wind energy, solar energy, biomass, and hydro.˝

3. Scotland

˝Scotlands oil age is beginning to come to an end. That's why scientists and researchers focus on new, sustainable methods for energy production such as floating wind turbines. These wind turbines are placed on floating platforms, making them easier to install and allow them to be deployed in much deeper waters. Floating turbines could open up vast coastal areas around the world.˝

4. The US

˝ Can a country like the US solely rely on renewable energy?

5. South Korea

˝ One of the pillars of the Korean New Deal is green. South Korea plans to become a so-called carbon neutral society by 2025. This plan includes transforming a wide range of public facilities that will be remodeled with eco-friendly material and solar, wind, and hydro will be the countries to-go energy sources.˝

Solar industry set to quadruple in the U.S. over the next decade

Did you know?

At the beginning of last year, we reported a bold Scottish forecast which estimated that by the end of the year, all the necessary electricity will be obtained from renewable sources. A year later, we can look at the realization of this forecast and find that they almost fulfilled that forecast. In 2020, 97.4 percent of the consumed electricity was obtained from renewable sources. This is an estimate based on gross consumption, and the exact value is expected in December.

The share of renewable energy sources in the total energy balance of Scotland was 24 percent (data for 2019). By 2030, the goal is to increase this share to 50 percent. The hardest part, of course, is traffic and heating. Only 6.5 percent of thermal energy was obtained from renewable sources. However, compared to the reference period 2005-2007, they reduced the consumption of all energy by 13.4 percent.

Scotland is a net exporter of electricity, which is therefore also produced from non-renewable sources. In 2020, they grossly exported 19.3 TWh of electricity, which is 21 percent more than the year before. For comparison: Scotland itself consumes about 32 TWh of electricity. Most electricity is produced from wind (70 percent) and the rest is hydropower. Virtually all growth falls on wind energy, where capacity has grown to 22 TWh per year since 2000 when it was almost non-existent. In the last ten years alone, the share has tripled. Hydropower remains about 6 TWh per year.

Scotland wants to be carbon neutral by 2045. Too bad it`s such a small country!

You can see what's coming out. Token is getting stonger and stronger. It's already 1101 on Coin Market Cap. 4 years ago it was among top 200, sometimes during pumps even among top 100. But with amazing marketing, the project came to 1101 place. Keep up the good work.

Suncontract (SNC): 0.0429 € (-1.98%)

Price is stable like stablecoin.  When will go up?

Buy for 15.000 USD or EUR and the price will go up siginficantly. A BTC would do much better. That way you could see how stable the coin is Grin Grin Grin
