That statement was accurate. Withdrawals due to bottlenecks resulted as restrictions imposed by banking partners limited the amount of USD withdrawals drastically.

Currently, SpainCoin is just experiencing a price correction. The pump/bubble comes next week.
If you have BTC to spend, anything < 0.01 is a bargain. This will hit 0.025 easily.
Of course, haters will hate, and continue to miss the point regarding short term profits, by concentrating on the fact that all alt-coins lose value after pump.
But anyone who knows what they're doing, now is a great time to buy and then sell when it reaches 0.025.

This coin already reached a high of 0.005 on March 13 and crashed to 0.0005. It's not going anywhere really. It's just a flawed pump and dump scam, even the coin creators know it. They are probably same ones behind Greece coin. Copy pasta model.

I don't think every coin is a scam. I like a few. This one, however, is built on rotten foundation. Distribution model is very flawed based on ID cards alone. Someone with several scanned IDs can easily claim share of many citizens. It's stupid
It's a rush job created to quickly enrich the owners, not to have any real long term value. Plan is poorly conceived and doesn't have legs.
