How do we call up the total momentary supply for the coin?
This is the key to go to coinmarketcap...

What do you mean by "call up" the total supply.
The total supply is out there already mined , waiting to be deployed. It will be taken into account when calculating the total market cap.
I mean is there a function to get the actual MOMENTARY supply of SPA by an API call or so?
coinmarketcap needs this information to list any crypto...

Must have a public URL that displays the total supply (total mined so far).
It can be taken from any valid block explorer. I don't know how coinmarketcap does it but it's simple to build one.
We have to create a webpage with total number of mined SPA coins + premine. The same was done for Auroracoin.

Doesn't look overvalued to me but we need DEV to come up with clear plan how to distribute it among Spaniards. We also need to find a way to make sure that premine is not given to few people with hundreds and thousands of accounts. Could be DEV (sorry, we may trust you but we need to control you in the same time), could be someone else.
- It will be done in several stages
- The electronic ID card will be used for secure verification
- During spikes in demand, giveaway rate will be limited to prevent dumping and market-crashing
Is it possible to verify electronic ID via internet by anyone?
How do we know that premine is not distributed mainly between "fake" accounts setup by you? I hope you are an honest person but we still need to control that giveaway process if we want this coin to be successful.
The distribution can be done only if the databse is public and free to use.
At this point the devs can also publish to what id's the coins have been distributed and we can check that also.

Probably but distributing premine to Spaniards will take much more time. Plus we still have many questions that need to be answered by the DEV.
