That link is for the LTC/SPA pair... Don't get fooled into selling for LTC (thinking it's a BTC price) if you list your coins there.

All the big exchanges take bribes to get coins listed (unless coin is very popular). For now it costs ~ 5-7 BTC to get listed on Cryptsy or Mintpal.

It's actually dropping from close to 50 where it peaked. Pools are getting DDoS'ed so that may be why.
