I'm still a bit suspect of this pool.
Have coins to cashout but every time I try and enter my wallet address and click update I am logged out of the site and the account is locked. Have tried different computers with different browsers, same result.
I work in application support and know this would be an easy problem to sort out.
I have sent multiple emails to support but no reply.

Did you enter the correct PIN value when entering your payout address? You should see the place to enter it
below where you put your payment address.
Hi fcmatt,
I'm pretty sure that the pin is correct. Any ideas what I can do if the Pin is not what I thought it was?
I can log in to the site ok but just cannot update any of my account details.
Really frustrating as I want to go back to mining this pool but have stopped for now.

Are the stats on the block page accurate? I realize last hour and last 24 hours can fluctuate wildly depending on luck but the last 7 days and 4 weeks are also very poor. One would hope that the last 4 weeks would be closer to 100% plus or minus 10%.
Now I realize a pool can have a bad month but perhaps your pool grew so quickly that changes one has to make to handle growth caused the stats not to be as accurate as intended? That is why I am asking.
If the stats are accurate I can see why some users are complaining of lower payouts. Over the last 4 weeks they would have been paid 30% less then another pool which had "normal luck" solving blocks. Eventually if things do not turn around to the positive or at least neutral luck the pool will end up having a reputation of low payouts for the hash rate.

btw.: no rejects like on dogecoin hashfaster. I had 6% rejected shares, which is really high. Now running 10minutes and 0% rejected

I was mining 11 hours and it was about 4.8% rejected. That's high too

Maybe it's only a failure on this site or in my computer - but I tried in Firefox and in Chrome and is this same. I don't know... can anybody try to get his dogs out from this pool and confirm this strange error?hmm sorry, i don't have much dogecoins, so i can't try. I will wait with mining dogecoins until somebody answer us its error or scam:)
