Balance increasing with each multiple trans. It looks like he got 20 coins from block multiple times after some point

seems he got 20 coins/block regularly till block 10000.
After block 10000, 20 coins payments go on till block 13055 but not regularly... some blocks contain multiple 20 coins/block some blocks no payments...
