I haven't used bitcointalk for a long time, but I feel i should post what Tagcash has been working on in regards to Tagcoin

Some history first

Way back in 2013 i created Tagcoin for use as a rewards cryptocurrency, but quickly came to find that most companies want their own brand of currency, so that concept didn't hold. As we built and learned within Tagcash, we found technical limitations of Tagcoin didn't allow us to do what we wanted, so we left it alone.
In China in 2017, the crypto gambling craze took hold of Tagcoin and they pumped the price up to about US$1, and i was approached by a group of Chinese to relaunch it and do an ICO... users agreed to burn it 3 to 1 in advance of doing the ICO. Then the Chinese govt banned exchanges and ICOs and the whole project fizzled. I had created TAGX inside Tagcash as our own rewards, so I converted Chinese balances to TAGX with a view to doing more with it and thats where it has stood till recently. TAGX is only used inside Tagcash, so it is limited for anyone who holds it...unless they do something within the ecosystem, it's no good for them or anyone else.

I have been working on new product called Tagbond.com for the last couple of months (similar to Enjin and Enjin coin) - it is an ERC1155 contract and site, to create non fungible tokens for geoTAGs, game tokens and tokens for other business use cases. TAG is bonded to NFTs as they are created (and given back when tokens are burned). NFTs can be bought and sold for TAG, or you can see immediately the items you have created on opensea.io and trade them there. You can play with the site right now as we develop, using Rinkeby network, faucets to get ETH and TAG on Rinkeby network.  When the site goes live, we will be offering TAG priced at 1 cent, rising 1 cent per week to 10 cents and then let exchanges set pricing.

We created a new ERC20 token (TAG) (https://etherscan.io/token/0xcc4ae94372da236e9b113132e0c46c68704246b9) as the main cryptocurrency used on Tagbond.com, and there will be a permanent offer to exchange 1 Tagcoin to 1 TAG, by sending the burn address to me and either a stellar or ethereum address to send TAG. We use Stellar to be able to trade it on the DEX - it is a token representation of the ERC20 Token. On Tagcash, we are developing a non custodial wallet as part of the Tagcash app (seed phrases, private key on device etc), for BTC, ETH and ERC20 Tokens, and XLM and Stellar tokens. After we have done that we will set up the ERC1155 collectibles section as well. This will work well with Tagbond, or any other ERC721 or ERC1155 tokens.

We are in the process of sending TAG to our Chinese holders, and updating information on the AEX exchange for Tagcoin.

The end result of this is that this breathes new life into Tagcoin. Mining it will still be useful, and it has a better use case now, which should help the price rise. It is anticipated that the price should be similar to EnjinCoin, currently about 10 cents.

You can trade Tag/BTC also, but the tag wallet is in maintenance and you can't withdraw your asset. I Cant trust Yobit with wallets in maintenance for so long , how do we know if tagcoins on yobit  are even linked to blockchain nothing moves to any wallet.

Warning!!! AEX exchange is staying offline/another blockchain!!! Their support team is saying that there is no problem. A transaction with more than 300 confirmations didn’t reached the exchange wallet. And generally there is a problem with no connection to some peers.

Yes, because such projects only seek profit for a while and after that the project is abandoned and the coins die without any price, so be more aware of new projects.

many projects giving big promising but without a background process and active project many coins cant survive

Ah great, there are sign campaign that running behind the scene, I'll hope it will be working and get people's attention. When viewed from the front, this thread looks like it's not very active, it shocked me that the group is still alive.

Here is a thing just speaking out while looking for and clicking and reading, looks like a developing projects but still just a share of thought here nothing to worry about. Promising I would say. Also suggesting the any developments or under going maintenance should be announced  so no negative speculation  for the bounty hunters and people who will take interest in this project  not if it may be announced at any forum like telegram it should be announced here at your thread as as well. I hope you guys keep in mind and think about it properly why I am suggesting it .

I think you are reffering to Tagcash, which holds an E-money license to run PHP on a permissioned blockchain.
TAG original is a scrypt coin, which is not being used within the Tagcash platform anymore. It still has a small group of followers, which would like to breath air into the old coin. But they are not controlled or funded by Tagcash in anyway.
Tagcash had to move on due to the limited use of that type of blockchain.
Now they are using Multichain and Stellar blockchain for part of their services.
Tagcash differs itself from other licensed E-wallets, as they recently opened up as a Fintech development platform, which means their core repository is now open to the cloned and build ontop. These can be modules(mini programs) for within Tagcash, apps and services or for a yearly fee companies can have their standalone app with the Tagcash core, build around the wallet, https://tagcash.com/develop.php.

So TAG original, has been replaced with TAGX, within the Tagcash ecosystem, https://tagcash.com/tagx.php.
If you still hold some TAGcoin, I think you can contact them and maybe they will swap old for new.

But if you are into app development, its is now very easy to start with with limited money and time a module(mini program) within Tagcash wallet, to test to the existing users and then decide if you want a standalone app or not. Go to http://developer.tagcash.com/ for more info.

So all and all, what makes Tagcash different compared to the local big boys, is they opened up for others to display their development within Tagcash using the Tagcash core. This is how WeChat became huge in China. WeChat has over 1M mini programs within their super app in China, which can be found in the library by scanning QR codes which are displayed basically everywhere a business would need help of their app to sell their services.
