Why is the MN shows 0 sec active?

If Dev can maintain the MN payout all the way at 150 or even 100, we will have more MNs coming online. Following the path of DASH would be ideal. You will get a lot more marketcap as DASH has become too expensive for some. 60secs confirmation is definitely a bonus.

curious to see what direction the dev is going to go with with this coin. I would love to actually hear more about him and his skills, is it just him or is their a team ? etc. stuff like that
