Why wallet sync is so slow? Im downloading chain since 24 hours already and still 4 weeks left 
Use the data in the link for your transfer.conf. Transfer.conf should be in this windows directory C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Transfer

Edit: Forgot to mention to restart wallet after making this change.
I got enough connection now (18 connections) but i think blockchain loading very slow still.. I ll post later once my wallet finish synchronizing.
Also can anybody tell me how good i will stake if i have 200k coins? How many coins i can expect per day with that balance?
I can't tell you an exact amount, but I have about 1/2 of what you do. I staked around 100 times yesterday for 50 $TX. I would suggest with a full 24hrs staking you could see 100-120 TX perday. Hope that helps give you an idea.
