How do you face this problem:
A owner of a copyright-protected File is paying and downloading the file, while recording all ip addresses from the connections through downloading.
Then he goes the usual way and sued the seeders.

Can I download the application or is it in Beta Testing for the moment ? I also hold some UFR myself...
It's in QA testing. You can built it from the last source code release (check our twitter) to test it out if you'd like, but do not use real UFR in the dapp until after the official mainnet release.

Upfiring is on the roll lately. This will be a true test for the appetite of utility tokens with a clear designated purpose (P2P file transfer).

We’ll be launching our community expansion program next week on Monday, November 26th - in the process creating several new communities for future growth and several outlets for sharing Upfiring files in preparation for the dapp launch.
Update from devs on telegram suggests dAPP launch early December. Quality testing showing no issues.

Decryption rework is complete. Upfiring v0.0.59 is running smoothly on the Rinkeby Ethereum testnet. UFR payments to multiple seeders, downloads, and file encryption/decryption are all functioning as intended thus far without any issues.
