What is the consensus algorithm used by the idea and how was it picked? What languages will your website, whitepaper, and marketing initiatives be in?

In order for your cpscoin transactions to be processed you must have some syscoin in your wallet to cover the gas fee. Our transaction fee is 0.5%.
As per the P2P timeline, it's hard to tell. Like for any other market, you sell when there is a buyer.
