vTorrent-Client 0.8.1 is officially released!
What's New
This release focused on enhancing our core client in all areas including HD wallet and implementing 2fa to ensure security of users token, along with planned hard-fork to the network in order to add features to our protocol to prepare for later development.
-Version bumped to 0.8.1 to indicate a new major release
-Bumped protocol version to 80016
-Implemented 2fa
-Added new DNS seed
-Added new Checkpoints
-Added CheckLockTimeVerify (BIP65)
-Added BIP44, BIP39, BIP32 support
-Added CLTV
-Asynchronous Indexing
Scheduled hard-fork:
-Posv2 at Block 1200000
-Posv3 at Block 1300000
Bug fixes:
-Fixed validateaddress stealth addresses bug

2FA is working smoothly, this is the 1st ever I have seen on any wallet.
How can I enable to bot trading on the wallet?

A short video of torrent progress might help people realise the value of this project and it will save you having to release any unfinished code for others to steal before you are ready to take on Netflix
thanks, if it is not available at the moment i will wait a while, i was getting ready to do some torrent work and thought i would work with this, it is not something that i do that often, so in a couple months when i hit it again i will work with this, but thanks, just needed it to be now

i d'led this last week and never saw a thing in the wallet about torrents, is there something that i am missing
There is a youtube here that shows that how the new client with a bittorent icon on wallet is shown, running on an ipad.. its a few pages back.

And still no word of 0.8.1 Client? Just checked OP and download link to old client and nothing new..
The day isn't over yet, give Dev time to post, he said he would. He seems he's a man if his word, given that he said he would not post any information on the project before it was ready, and stuck to his word all this time.
Edit: we'll know once and for all weather or not the Dev is true to his word for or is just stringing us along. After 20 months enough is enough.

Power down your wallet. Back up to a couple of safe places and come back in a year.
The video showed a bittorrent button, so you never know.

I don't think many of us are waiting for a finished product. Far from it.
The unresolved issue for many people is confidence that torrent features actually exist.
I'd be happy with a video of basic torrent functionality.
