I just want to actually get my XCP I paid for at shapeshift. Both payments went in but I'm not getting my tokens. I got sarutobi tokens and 0.015 btc of XCP. Missed my opportunity to make some money 
It annoys me because I had to wait for my trwnsaxtions to go through for days because of the blockchain congestion. I guess I should contact support. I see others with the same issue so I was going to wait but ive had enough waiting now.

Wow, even XCP hit an ATH today.

Pshhh, I will bet you that XCP can't break .011 this year (BTC).
I do appreciate the detailed reply above and actually watched in detail during the original burn.
I too get the sense the devs don't care about the price. So neither will I.

I guess my question is if the only burn you're going to put in (new assets) amounts to about 0.25% deflation a year, why bother at all. That's basically nothing.
You're picking on a dead horse here, Counterparty's biggest project is leaving to use the Ethereum blockchain (I'm not happy about Ethereum, it is just another centralized crap).
I retract my previous statement about .011. I am long XCP now.

Why not switching to LTC ? BTC blockchain is over-bloated.

Are other people also having problems with CP based tokens? I sent a SJCX deposit to Poloniex a long time ago, it has over 10 confirmations and it doesn't show up anywhere...
might be because of the upcoming fork? not sure, exchanges had to update XCP before the fork.

i think xcp counterparty must incraese about about confirmation transaction
