I don't think so because this exchange has not had any trading activity during the past 1 week and this news does not affect the price increase of XCT. In my opinion, the increasing price of XCT in recent days is that their development team is planning to buy back to make their community more confident when investing in this project. At the moment there is not much information happening but hope that this exchange can work well in the near future because the interface of this exchange is very user friendly.

If you mention to investment factor, Xcrypt has a big lost compare with their IEO price, almost 99%. Only a thing that we can hope is that they use the raised fund for development. And yes, as you said, it need to be more specific and clearly, which can bring investors who believe in their vision. If not, it'll fail.

I think they just announced a new exchange but the current trading volume is still very low so we cannot yet have the most accurate assessment of this exchange. In my opinion, forcing KYC users to withdraw money is the only reason why I do not want to participate in the near future because I am very tired to do this. If they eliminate KYC for all customers then this exchange will be encouraged to participate.

Yes many people also say that, so many left this project, lack of clarity about the lack of marketing products made many people stop to support this project, I just want to see this project is it really running or just stopped here.

They spent so much effort on this, i remember they have bounty last year, then the next bounty recently, they use a large amount of money for marketing, but the most important thing is a product, i think it come late, that's why we lost the interest in their project.

In my opinion, if they have a specific time will help investors less worried because this project is being criticized by many people and that will make this project canceled. I think It doesn't relate to the market condition right now, it's their work in building their exchange. Exchange launch can see as a great news, but we can see the price and trading volume of XCT on the market, nearly zero.

The finance of this project is very small so they will not have enough funds to list at a big exchange. I think their own creation of a separate exchange may make investors more excited because if everything works well, this exchange will be more profitable and attract more new customers in the future. Now things are still new and there will be lots of errors so give them as much time as possible.

I have known this project for a long time but the value of XCT is still in a downward trend so I hope that when this exchange is launched, this coin can grow again.
