I still can't withdraw XDE2 funds from Yobit. I don't know where is the problem, and what is the change but still, have the message "Withdrawal for such currency is temporary off."

there is a message that withdrawals are turned off?? They may just

Yes we can use yobicodes for the transaction to user to user and the users can transfer from their wallets easily to other users, we can avail this easily till the withdrawal is off at yobit.
