I will trace it for you. But firstyl I am working on how to set up on Windows non-docker option, if you wait a hour more, i will publish xel talkforum after you can repro on windows

@EK i did it, this is not relevant new testnet version 1.0.4. I took that error for 2 weeks. I tried a lot of things, clean compile and other checks.
I didn't see my node downloading blockchain before.

git pull; mvn clean compile package; rm -rf elastic_test_db/

After 30min wait (to clear any bans) and boot no connection to your nodes.

We didn't have an ICO. It was a donation for this awesome project which we didn't know if it would succeed or not. So that donation/ ICO ( or whatever you like to call it) price means absolutely nothing .
