Competition Rules:
 
1. A competition team should consist of 5 members at most, and all members should agree with the competition rules before sign-up.

2. Sign-up starts on Nov.14, 2018, and ends at 11:59 PM (GMT+8) on Jan.3, 2019. Participants should submit the projects from Nov.14, 2018 to Jan.4, 2019 at 11:59 PM (GMT+8). If no project is submitted before the deadline, the team would be disqualified.

3. All development(s) must be based on Mixin Network, Mixin Messenger or OceanONE. For more information about Mixin, please refer to our guide, documentation and on our Github.

4. Submissions must include the operable, executable application and related code.

5. Prizes are project based. Teams can submit multiple projects and potentially obtain multiple prizes.

hey Another question: i wanna to create DApp (product, not bot), so I must create DApp in Mixin Network with messenger? Or I can implement this with my stack, for example, create web-site or android app and use Mixin Network only for transactions and in my app require to login with XIN account?

Mixin Network is all about transaction. The largest application scene of Mixin Network should be payment IMO.
