Do you know when is the next Bitcoin owner free distribution ?
This is going to happen a LOT with people not familiar with Stellar/Lumens. You have to add the MEMO ID (not any of the other Memo lines from the dropdown, it's the ID one) or it just goes into a big bucket at the exchange and they have no idea whose account to credit.
This does not sound like a user friendly way of sending money.

thanks for posting this. I was stucked with old "laboratory" tools...
It lost about 50% in the weeks before the airdrop. That could have been caused by most altcoins dropping, or it could have been people already anticipating a price drop after the airdrop. Stellar has a much larger trade volume than Byteball, it's nice to see the airdrop doesn't influence the price much.
The trade volume went up 200% in the past days.

byteball's distribution model is a whole load steadier though. it's pretty crazy how many they've released at once when they could've drip fed it. still, most will go unclaimed.

Are there any actions required for Kraken or will they distribute automatically?

It was very helpful to me. Does ending on 27th August mean I can claim till that date ? If I am not using any of these wallets or exchanges and want to claim some Stellar am I still eligible to do so or not ? I just don't get the idea of snapshot has been taken what does that means ?
I think they use PDT as reference time, and it's already 28th there, so you probably can't claim anything now.

)The snapshot was a record of Bitcoin addresses having non-zero balance. They used it then to allow BTC holders to claim Stellars by signing Bitcoin message.
You don't need to have a wallet to sign message - just private key and a software that allow signing messages (like this one for instance https://ordinarydude.github.io/offline-bitcoin-signer/). Obviously, do your own research for potential security issues.

Please note, if your bitcoins are with coinbase you won’t be able to claim your lumens.
why?Because Coinbase move funds from your wallets to their hot and cold wallets. And your main wallets must be empty. So no benefit of signing wallet.

I also tried to sign message using blockchain.info but couldn't complete the process. It was not taking me to further steps. I will try again today hope the distribution app will up. I just cam to know about this last night. Hopefully I will succeed to link my wallet.
