I got really interested about the project. But can´t help being suspicious when you "give" money. Some people have invested in the project and now they see something they payed for is being "given" away. Not only that but there value will decrease when people that got it for free just dump it. The only upside is that could be an oportunity to get more cheap.

I'm invested in the bloody thing been trying to get out, it really bugged me when i found out about the giveaway its pathetic, instead of giving them away to bitcoin holders they should give them away to stellar holders the people who actually invested in them, ah well its done now ahah and I'm in this long term any how!

I have version 2.7.12 and guide is for 2.7.15 . is it possible that 7.12 does not have such option?
i'd be very surprised if it didn't have that option. that's one of the core purposes of a bitcoin wallet.

After you click Sign/Verify you put the message that you get from the website, enter the wallet password and then paste the signature into the website.

Just claimed there it completed in less than a minute to get some XLM for free. This is very quick process bitcoin core wallet is nice option to use for this kind of giveaway and I like to hold my coins there.
