I like the idea of the RaiBlocks microfinance project, and I've been paying attention to the project for some time, and I think the next project will be more clear in 2018.

RaiBlocks is not only ZERO fee it is also: Instant transactions, ZERO inflation (133,248,290 XRB and there will NEVER be more) and UNLIMITED scalability

It is not to be confuse with DAG or Stellar or NEM or any of those new blockchain technologies that have issues, RaiBlocks has only one issue/limit: The number of transactions that you can do from a single node/wallet. It is the issue that Bitgrail was getting and it is normal by RaiBlocks design: There is one Blockchain for each node/wallet so if you do too many transaction from the same node, those transactions wont all be instant but meanwhile all other nodes transactions will continue to be instant.

UPDATE IF YOU CARE
Today I was able to send XRP from BitGrail to Web-Wallet, then from Web-Wallet to my Desktop, and finally form BitGrail to desktop wallet!
But the transaction with my coins from 2 days ago is still missing. So it seems that BitGrail has some explaining to do.
I have contacted BitGrail..

So after submitting a ticket to BitGrail I finally received my coins in my Desktop Wallet.
All left to do now is wait for Binance listing and that will confirm the rocket lift off!

If you believe in the project, then jump in. I think $XRB can be in the triple digits, don't know when, but it's quite possible. Good devs and tech; plus how can you beat "NO FEES"
It's totally irrational... but then again most crypto is. Getting in on Ripple @ $2 would have seemed irrational at the time. Doesn't seem that way now lol

https://mercatox.com looks like it might pull a Cryptsy this close to XRB coming on binance.com its been in maintenance for awhile now and i dont trust the exchange.
Maybe the devs can ask binance to keep an eye out for funds coming out of Mercatox wallet while its in maintenance ?
They had second biggest volume and im sure there is still a lot of XRB stuck in there with their bullshit withdrawl limits.
Its a small volume exchange that had more activity then they ever had now that they might lose it all to binance they might want to rippoff their customers and then dump the ill gotten gains.

If you have a HDD, it's going to take several days regardless of your internet connection.
If you have an SSD and an OK internet connection, a few hours to a day or 2.
so the best way to sync desktop wallet is using manual sync.
I have an SDD and still not sync in 2 days.

I sent the coins from BitGrail 2 days ago! On BitGrail end I shows pending and on my wallet it shows pending.
I have done a "Search for recivables"
I have done a "Refresh wallet"
I have stopped and started the wallet
I have checked that it is synched.
I have changed from Mrxb to kxrb to xrb
On BitGrail it says:
Status Received, pending deposit to balance. (Make sure wallet is open and all blocks are downloaded)
NOW WHAT???
Wallet says "Status Running Block 4763419 (309)"
edit: Many people say it is BitGrail that is not completing the transaction.. I dont know..

They will not pull a Cryptsy, they are just overwhelmed by XRB's success. People don't realize that not even a couple of months ago Raiblocks was trading just tens of thousands a day on Bitgrail and Mercatox. Now volume has even reached 100m on some days! That kind of explosive growth in that short of a time period has NEVER been seen in crypto before! That should tell everyone the potential of this project.
We just need to be patient and wait for Kucoin and/or Binance. Mark my words, when XRB hits Binance there might be a sell off but it will not last and then XRB will be going to new highs. $50 will not be a problem, most likely much, much more

To all newcomers to Raiblocks
If you are new to Bitcointalk you may not realize how things work around here. Ask yourself this - why would someone who states that Raiblocks is crap/a pump and dump/full of flaws, etc. keep coming on here posting the same thing over and over again even though it has already been addressed numerous times before? Because they care about noobs and want to protect them from the big bad Raiblocks dev stealing their money? LOL, I think not.
There are 3 reasons for these FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt) posts:
1) Usually the person posting the FUD is actually holding the coin they are bashing - they make negative posts in an attempt to drive down the price so they can buy more.
2) They may also be holding a competing coin (IOTA for example) and they are angry that another coin has taken the spotlight away from them. You can spot people in this group as they will often have a signature advertising another coin or they will shill it directly in their post.
3) Pure saltiness. This forum has really gone downhill over the years and it is now filled with desperate, salty children who are angry that they missed the boat.
The world is full of toxic people who cannot accomplish anything on their own so they try to make themselves feel better by attacking other people's accomplishments. Ignore them and DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!
