can somebody ELI5? This is a bit interesting but I am reading dev drama.

The only developer that has been active on github in 2017 is joshuayabut. Did he leave?

What are the other devs? On the site there are 2 ex military guys and one from the IT industry. Who is/are the devs? Anonymous foto on the site is cool but not enough.

Current Dev team is : https://iohk.io/  Experienced Block Chain developers

sorry but this site does not mention zencash anywhere

They just got hired to fix the issues that were present.

I still see place for ZCL, just as dust settles, I don't know about Zen, maybe too.
But HUSH is overtaking, bad that ZCL was so injured due to this drama.
Still ZCL at least have developer support, and I don't know if Zen, has any support for now.

On slack he promised, to have support, and cross chain project to ZCL also.

ZCL was about 5% of ZCash price at it's peak from memory - but it was in anticipation of ZEN that it rose. There's rising volume now, I think we haven't seen the lowest lows now, but I think we're not that far off, if volume continues to rise everyone who wanted to sell will have sold.

I tend to view Ethereum Classic's percentage of Eth's value as a guide. Not sure what it is now, last time I looked somewhere 15%.

Early in May it was about 10%.

Yea it was clearly just like ETH/ETC back then, but after the ZEN glass-of-water drama ZCL seems like it lost any credibility as a "community ZEC" or something.

As for now, between ZEN, ZCL and HUSH the latter seems to be a more mature project, IMO.

Is it worth to stack Zen ? Because the price is going down day by day  Undecided

Personally, I moved my assets from ZCL and ZEN completely.

Just look at ZCL, for example, the thing was about 10% of ZEC's price once, and never recovered after this ZEN disaster happened. Now it is less than 1% worth of ZEC.

To me, that means people doesn't trust the devs of both projects anymore, even to the "independent", "community powered", "founders reward disabled" ZCL.

Wanna a "private bitcoin" - ZEC is like the gold, HUSH is like the new silver. Particularly HUSH, the thing isn't even listed by Bittrex yet, but it has basically the same price as ZCL already.

and further down it goes...

I wonder how much more it will sink, and most of all hope that it goes back up again

Are Nodes running yet on Zen?

If not when will they be?

Still only takes 42 Zen to start a node right?

Yeah it's sad, and I have seen incredible move of HUSH, it was really great.
Yeah it seems that HUSH has better prospectives and better future than ZCL or ZEN...
Even though when it was Zdash nobody like it and everybody said it's just a copycat...
After rename and some changes - bum super crypto.
ZCL is very much undervalued for me, but it seems, nobody have interests in it anymore, which is sad - it could really be like ETC, have it's place around 3-5% of ZEC market share...

Reasons for the power that zen possess, publications on health, communications, networking suits, management and human rights, provide a new belief in cryptocurrency. Smiley

Meh, ZEN is an incompetent disaster which have only achieved ZCL crashing into mud.

Fancy whitepapers and claims, zero clue to us of what's actually going on.

Either stick to ZEC, which seems to be stable in every way and have already gathered some big boys' attention, or move to HUSH, where the devs are working calmly on their pretty clear and realistic roadmap, instead of telling us "how HUSH is different and fancy and all".

Good questions, but in most cases in "this world" those information are more than needed, how many projects we had chances to enjoy them, and they held their whole premine from the start, and we had trust(even now TOR coin).. In this case things are different and more they work more will get, i suppose. It is not time for spreading panic..

What makes this project special?
This is very good and expensive technology and it is much cheaper than original.  Improvements, which are community driven, and perfect balance made by alocations of funds..This makes this project interesting for a long term, every project need some kind of fundings. You need only 0.15 BTC for one master node, this is very cheap when you compare it with others similar projcts.
