In most cases, halvings of block rewards result in good movements of price.
But, it is not true all the time.
So, I think that promising to come with next block halving of BitZeny, but we all should be as carefully with it as possible.
I think in the case of ZNY, this theory won't apply, the community is passionate and they would buy or sell every BitZeny at any price, no matter the real situation! In addition, there are no miners behind profits, because the price doesn't is profitable at the moment, but it's good to be careful. But, it is not true all the time.
