The original Dev that created this ANN is missing.
But coind of the New Dev team who developed 2.x succeeded in segwit.
Segwit becomes a soft fork, so the chain is still one.
It is also possible to import wallet.dat from z1.1.x.
When contacting about updates for segwit, there was a negative response from several exchanges.
But New Dev Team wanted to make segwit to successfull.
It is an advantage of open source that evolving independently of specific developers.

After the soft fork, Bitzeny is rejecting "0-fee" transaction.
However some exchanges have not finished their update core yet.
Therefore some transactions are still rejected.
That is why the relief pool was open to solve the problem temporary.

Softfork for BIP68, BIP112, and BIP113 is successfull from block 1206400.
We strongly recommend using Ver 2.0.1 for this soft fork.

- Change yescrypt-0.5 to another algorithm
Because yescrypt-0.5 was mined by GPU, it may hard fork if the impact is big.
argon2d and cryptnight (monero ver) are listed, but it is not fixed.
This project is at least after July 2018.
