My silly mistake, PIN and IBAN were inside as described by DeanC.

Great service from him, by the way. It took 4 days for me to receive my cards from Poland, and I've had great support from him. Would recommend.

Problem solved 100%. PIN was in the envelope - with FAQ in polish language. Sorry for a small problem

You don't need to register to use those cards in ATM

I've got some of his Mastercard (Ban Zachodni WBK) cards today, and ideally would like to use it to for ATM withdrawls.

But it appears, from the polish instructions which I don't understand, that I need to register on the prepaid.bzwbk.pl website, and/or send an SMS before the card can be used? Is that right? Is their a way of avoiding this?

some feedback:

I got caught out when my usual cards got wet recently so I used the PLN card for a cash withdrawal. Using Google rate a day later it worked out as €76.01 for €70. I will go with the EUR card at that discount when I renew to hopefully reduce costs.

The limit for each item you can buy is quite low, I think $180? For me that meant I couldn't use it to anonymise genetic testing. But it's very good. I even was able to call the bank and speak in English.

I think also it's useful if for some reason you were like the guy in the fugitive where all your normal cards to your name stop working!
