So how does a non-EU user reloads these anonymously if btc-sepa exchanges are forbidden now?

sorry for my english, but if u look by limits/amount of cards, it seems to me it is not advisable to use them special for anonimity...

I just didnt notice it, since it was so long ago, but im here for support.
Guys when you're buying these cards be aware of potential blockage without any obvious reason. And if sadly blockage happens to you, you are left on your own without any support from sellers. They only give you tons of possible reasons and excuses and provide no actual help. Seller's moto is doing bussines as usual as long there are lots of newbie suckers.
