I did on-line registration process according to guidance received from Bernard, which included fake ID generator. I did it, because of PIN changing. If this is the problem, then I should be warned from Bernard that this is not safe to do.

Hi, Bernard. I've purchased 1 BZ WBK anonymous visa card from you one year ago. The card has worked without a problem till mid of september 2014, and now it's freezed. I can't withdraw or check balance on ATM. I can check balance of the card over website and there is no blocked status. I've never used the card with BTC nor paypal. Could you help me please?

So what are the other options besides BTC as to how to load the cards? I pm'ed you as well.

You could try localbitcoins. There you trade with real people, so the accounts are not bound to any BTC exchange.

Localbitcoins is a good option.

You can also use reputable sellers in this forum.

Kraken.
I have 2 cards blocked which had SEPA deposits solely from Kraken (Payward Inc).

I just checked the ToS of the November batch and point 13 is in fact about Bitcoins specifically.
I was neither informed by the bank nor was my contract, that doesnt include the passage, changed.
Although my cards work without problems and i havent had any complaints, i suggest nobody loads them with BTC and gets their money out asap.
The sale of cards is on hold until i get a straight answer from the bank what is going on.

I would like to suggest everyone who receives BZWBK cards to read carefully through the terms and conditions (packaged with the card) and look for mentions of 'Bitcoin'. Mine WBK prepaid cards explicitly forbid such operations (too bad I've read the ToC only afterwards with a Polish dictionary). I've got three cards from BZ WBK (different designs, 2 VISA, 1 MC, chip & pin and magnetic ones) blocked immediately after SEPA withdrawal from a specific eight-letter exchange.

All three cards have status "00 - Karta aktywna" but every transaction is declined, I can not even change PIN on the banks website.

I did not buy from bernard75 yet, so I would like to ask him to provide a scanned copy of ToC shipped with his cards (and maybe PM/publish a sample face of a card).

Edit: Okay, so I find the reason of blockage and I would like to kindly ask bernard75 to include the information into the head post.

It is paragraph 12 of card rules:

Quote
12. Nabywca zobowiązuje się do nieprzekazywania Karty do następujących krajów
a Posiadacz zobowiązuje się do nieuŜywania Karty w tych krajach: Libia, Somalia,
Chiny, Wietnam, Pakistan, Afganistan, AzerbejdŜan, Kazachstan, Peru, Panama,
Argentyna, Boliwia, Kolumbia, Turcja, Serbia, Kosowo, Ukraina, Mołdawia, Bośnia
i Hercegowina, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Iran, Sudan, Korea Północna, Birma,
Kuba, Syria.

Don't use the card in one of those countries. Period. It will be blocked and unusable! If you make a transaction with an IP in one of those countries it will be, once again, blocked.

You can exchange your Bitcoin and then send FIAT. Wink

Why do you know USD and GBP cards will be available friday?

Where did you read that?
I always have EUR cards and never GBP or USD.

How can I deposit money with this card? Can I deposit Bitcoin instead? Or only fiat?

Thanks!

I have been using BZWBK visas for almost a year with no problems at all. Unfortunately they stopped working around the 15h of October. ATM withdrawals result in "The requested function is temporarily not available." and POS payments get declined, as well as online purchases. I did nothing special with the cards. They were loaded via SEPA from kraken.com (Bitcoin Exchange) and I never exceeded any limit.

I checked the BZWBK website again and I found out they changed their regulations on July 28th 2014 and it says now:

Quote
§13 - The Holder agrees not to use the cards for associated with virtual currency (like Bitcoin) and the failure to its people, which he knows or with due diligence should have known, that they use credit cards or will be used for currency trading virtual. Cards that will be used for purposes related to trade currency Virtual Bank will be blocked.

So I am guessing my card(s) are blocked now and I don't really know what to do and I am assuming the money is gone. I just wanted to share my experience and maybe somebody has a tip, what I can do.

To clarify: I did not buy the cards from bernard75 but from somebody private.

Could I just make a suggestion? It might be in the communities best interest to save the mentioning of specific exchange names on these threads to PM's and just using the term "bitcoin exchange" instead. Maybe thats not necessary, maybe I am being paranoid. It just seems like using names could potentially mess up a good thing. Again, maybe I am way off base.
