i can not think of any other advantages than money, also money is not always an advantage too as the casino will often make you lose all the money you have and will not allow you to take any decent money

Not many because pvp online games can be cheated, at least most of them, however someone could make pvp games for us to play with money, it's not extremely complicated, the only problem is getting traffic to the site but I'm sure with something like pvp where there is no -EV for anyone a lot of people would play there.

This type of cheating is possible only if you are manually choosing your opponents and player base is relatively low.If some sort of matchmaking will implemented and player base will be high enough (I am talking about 1000+ players) you can't really cheat the the system.
