My suggestion is keep learning and reading about cryptocurrency. Focus on learning up to 1-2 months up to Jr.member and you should be active to post every day at least 1 post in the bitcointalk.org forum

often often read articles and information about coins that will experience price increases and new coins that will enter the exchange, never sell altcoin at a price lower than the purchase price

I think that now it's worth keeping your tokens and not selling it. Prices have fallen and invest in something else you do not need and these coins can bring income. Wink

I am also a newbie and just joined this forum, which I did the first time I learned a lot of reading about cryptocurrency, after understanding it and then first continue posting to get jr rank, member, because in this ranking you can start joining projects like Bounty, signature campaign. In this case you can get an ethereum token that can be converted into bitcoin, this can also be money because it can be converted to various currencies.

Before investing in the crypto currency, study the market of cryptocurrency, coins and their technology well. The main thing is to understand the prospects for investing. The main thing is patience and understanding of the market cryptocurrency. Be cautious when investing in new projects (ICO). Good luck.

for the beginner the best is determined with the goals and understand for himself how he will act with the coins, store or participate in the trades, and so one can remain in profit, but not be too arrogant and then success will be in the hands

. A lot of people ask questions on even how to purchase altcoins and how to trade it. If you are just starting I think you are taking a nice route with alt coins as well those are solid coins with a decent fluctuation. Just don't be too greedy when you make gains if you are going for the short term, set your goals (which are hopefully realistic) with your sell orders and leave it be. If you are going for long term, as long as you did your THOROUGH research, just be patient!

Hi guys,

Newbie here trying to set up a crypto profile. 1 month ago I had heard the name Bitcoin but didn't know what it was other than a digital currency and had not heard of any alt coins so bear with me  Undecided

I don't have a huge amount to invest, thus far i have 0.13 BTC and 2 ETH, 2.6k XRP AND 50 OMG. I want to keep adding to this and keep it for as long as needed, i  am not really interested in trading as i don't understand this space enough to do that.

Any ideas or thoughts? Should i move any of these around? Concentrate on adding to bitcoin? Add to XRP/OMG etc etc???

Also i have a ledger nano s en route to keep my coins.

cheers
I think that you need to study the crypto more deeply. Any advice will be played against you. You need to understand what you are doing. I have one advice - do not be lazy and learn the processes that occur in crypto. Then you will not ask such questions.

The basic advice is - develop in different directions. This forum and this market is very interesting, but at the same time, you need to be very careful not to lose everything through your incompetence.

I individual think for a learner presently is to increase perusing how we get altcoin yes like after an abundance battle program, among others is abundance online life, signature crusade and others. or on the other hand following an airdrop program being held by a venture. at that point that way we will profit by our work as bitcoiner. other than that there are numerous more occupations or approaches to get an altcoin from an assortment of routes relying upon how we look for how far we attempt.

I was once a newbie when it comes to short/long-term investment in cryptocurrency. I can say that having failures is the best lesson we can take, these are the best advice I can give to you.

1. Patience! - Yes, having patience is a must when it comes in trading because one mistake may lead to huge loss in the long run.
2. Set your goals, having goals is you really need when to encash or sell you coins/tokens. You must set a target/desired profit in order to avoid regret once a decision has been made.
3. Learn from others(open-mindedness), experience and lesson of experience traders/investors is really need if you are newbie because it will avoid you in a trap once you enter in cryptoworld.
