Invest Money you can afford to lose and try to know more about the coin before you buy it. Think long term because day trading for a newbie is like burning your money.

It's a very good starting boy. I had no capital at first to invest; therefore, I decided to join some bounty programs. Some of my rewards are used for investment in some crypto.
Your coins are also good and promising. You may be able to look deeper on some altcoins such as NEO, Stellar, EOS, and Monero. They are also excellent enough for investment. Just follow the market and analyze them wisely.

For the novice, my advice is to try more, take some bounty or airdrop to get the token, and take some altcoin trading on the exchange to get a better understanding of the market.

Do not be afraid of falling prices. Immediately try to understand that this is a normal phenomenon for the world of cryptocurrency and do not sell your coins in a panic when the price drops.

Hi there, I am not a profi, just a little advice - if you want to gain more - try to study about new ICOs. They are the most profitable tool in crypto for now.

So you can invest for a long term and earn money by doing it. There many really worst projects. My advice is to invest in projects with ready-made product, long termed activity before ICO and good team.Just find projects  aimed on development and not those ones with airy promises. Good luck!

Study information, communicate with other investors and continue to save money for investment. I recommend to focus on bitcoin, but also in parallel to buy other promising coins.

Honestly, your strategy are nice that your altcoin are  spread to other basket not put into one basket only this strategy are probably proven to avoid also from your and lose during your trading path tried for a while ,although in trading method are also risk because for their volatil price that would happen any time, but the most essence is to become aware your move and strategy to gain more knowledge and skilled.

So far, based on your statements, i would probably give a 100% rating on your moves, its because the coins you had invested is a long term and which is performing a couple of years ago, and in fact, the said coins keep on developing and making the biggest name on top of all the coins listed on coinmarketcap. Please if possible continue of what you are doing.,keep investing it for a long term use, dont trade since you are still a newbie in this thing.

I was also like you the time i started this cryptocurrency, and time by time, i adapted the learning strategy for trading and adding some investments into my long term portfolio. Up until now, im doing it, even though im doing a bounty which helps me a lot in acquiring a lot of coins which add to my portfolio. Have a great day my friend.

Hoping for the best to come.

The Future Of Work
May 03, 2018, 06:54:34 AM
Hi guys,

Newbie here trying to set up a crypto profile. 1 month ago I had heard the name Bitcoin but didn't know what it was other than a digital currency and had not heard of any alt coins so bear with me  Undecided

I don't have a huge amount to invest, thus far i have 0.13 BTC and 2 ETH, 2.6k XRP AND 50 OMG. I want to keep adding to this and keep it for as long as needed, i  am not really interested in trading as i don't understand this space enough to do that.

Any ideas or thoughts? Should i move any of these around? Concentrate on adding to bitcoin? Add to XRP/OMG etc etc???

Also i have a ledger nano s en route to keep my coins.

cheers
If you do not want to trade, then You have 2 options:
1. Invest in interesting projects. But in this case, your portfolio will be very diverse.
2. Your idea of creating a mass of bitcoins is very good. I'd stick to that strategy.

Everyone invests, certainly expects profit and minimizes risk. A diversified portfolio may be one of the best ways to minimize risk. Maybe you've done most of the ways to become a successful investor, so I think that patience will be the next key.

Diversification is highly recommended in investing, and you are already doing it. I think it's ok to start small, to start participating in ico. Because if there is currently a coin that will give you profit 50 times a year, it is not bitcoin or ethereum.

In the investment, in addition to the possibility of profit, there are risks that must be faced. And each investment has a different risk. Even on crypto, each coin has different potential and risk. My suggestion you share your portfolio in coins with different potential levels and risks. If it will add investment, maybe you can consider a new project.
