Are you sure it is your fiat balance and not INR-equivalent BTC balance?

To spread the word- I'm really happy with IGOT Grin. After waiting for 7 days for Level 2, withdrawing good chunks of BTC to the BTC wallet took only about an hour or two.

You're helping me building my confidence in iGot, but just as a precaution I'd like to trust a fairly new account only after seeing some evidence.

I'm not questioning your experience or ethics, but a screenshot of your iGot account history or your wallet would be nice and comforting for other people.
Here you go Grin

Thanks for sharing your experience. Really appreciate that.
Looks like this is the most easy and reliable exchange for Indian users. Can't say the same for users from other countries though.

Same here... can't say for AUD, But in INR, it was 1% only. Plus transactions, convenience and support are all top notch. The issue I once had with sms verifications earlier has been sorted as well.

now they are saying they will refund my $1000
said it takes by Bpay round 3 days each bank could be up to 10 days.
haven't given me a definite ETA date for the funds back in my hand.

ill update if I get the date from them,

then again when the money hits my account.

they eventually answered my question about the $20 price higher than any other exchange with "if you don't like it don't use us- were refunding you"

my claim is that the 1% fee advertised rate is false because u actully pay 4% if you buy in AUD.

it takes 7 days to get the bTC out as well if they ever let you through the "verification" process which  I got rejected from now 2 times

my guess is they probably trade on clients funds for that 7 days of "verification"

I am relatively new to cryptocurrency and I can assure you by my experience that they are very friendly and usually reply to your email swiftly. My verification took only 6 hours or so.
If you are worried that they would trade on a client's funds then what you could do is deposit a very small amount and buy BTC and then wait for 7 days. After the 7 days waiting period even large BTC withdrawals take 1 hour or so.
And regarding the price, I was quite happy with their prices and do not know about the AUD price offered by them.

Im having trouble with them.

1) I ask why their price for AUD is 3% higher than it should be and why they are advertising 1% fee, when actually if you are buying its pretty much 4%.
-they close my support ticket with no clear answer.

2) trying to get verified, now ive questioned their overpricing, now theyre stalling and saying my passport image is blurred and I have to send another one
    - ive used this image to open other accounts previously, online gambling and a US futures account so obvious rubbish.

ill let everyone know if I ever get my BTC out to my own wallet safely

in the meantime, definately avoid these guys. they are a problem to me at the moment.

will let you know if it changes.

if they continue to be a problem, I will contact dept of fair trading and put in an official complaint.

I dont understand how they cost more then coinjar  their fee is only 0.5% while Coinjar has half their fee down to 1%

After fees  you get the following

@ coinjar $690 aud = 0.99 BTC
@Igot $690 AUD = 0.96555907

CAREFUL! I've made a small BTC withdrawal with igot before but have now been waiting over 3 days from my 10 BTC withdrawal. I am at verification level 2 (the highest). I've waited my initial seven days so at this stage one would expect things to happen much faster and not be told they're still "verifying".

igot what's up???

Since I made this posting one of my two BTC payments has been completed.

I will update this forum when I have received both amounts.

Support has stated that much of the delay is caused by using BPay as the method of payment. Apparently bank transfers would be quicker.

I have found support to be responsive in updating me with the reason for the delay which seem to mainly revolve around the use of BPay and their security requirements. After the initial delays a further two to three days delay can be expected between having your account funded and withdrawing your funds via BTC, even on second or third transactions if BPay had been involved.

I've decided to use bank transfers in the future as overall it would probably be much quicker for subsequent payments.

Looks interesting, especially you can deposit money via bank deposit via various banks.

One question though:
How much fees do you levy when I send money through online bank transfer (for example HDFC Bank, India).
they will add the complete amount to your igot account INR deposit.

Thanks for clarifying. I asked because other exchanges charge fees. For example if I transfer $500 to BitStamp, my account will have $485 and BitStamp will take $15.

If iGot does not charge that fee, it would be nice. I'd like to hear confirmation from OP though.
