There are a lot of training tutorials on youtube regarding trading you can watch but nowadays speculative trading is almost like gambling unless some big news or economic performance updates that will drastically affects the prices, so I usually check the market news sites and economic calendars to have the feel where the prices are going and then decides to trade accordingly.

If you're holding a coin, let's say litecoin - and everyone in the trollbox/chatbox is shouting "Buy litecoin!".......you should probably sell your litecoin.

Never listen to the trolls - usually posting opposite information to dump their own bags (or the opposite)

This is great piece of advice I ever learned from warren buffet and I couldn’t resist myself from quoting it here.

Warren buffet says,

Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful.

I have got good results most of the times and I can vouch that this advice really works.

Just don't buy shitcoins or scam/fake coins. Don't ever listen to troll box if that exchange have it. Always buy low and sell high. Study first about the coin that you are going to buy, read at its forum, its coin supply, roadmaps to make sure that the coin you are going to buy is worth investing.

All of suggestion is correct, but for first suggestion how can you detect that it is a shitcoin? Well check the coins ANN thread if they have an active community, raed some feedback. Read the roadmap and projects. Also the Buy Low Sell High is common and basic in tading. But how about after you buy, the price dive to very low and it seems its already dead,no update from develops and sometimes wallet is in maintenance? Sometimes its always to be vigilant.

I see this thread was started back in July.  I'm interested to hear how OP made out with trading, if he actually did any.  My take is that most users who come on here to ask for this kind of advice are sheep just lining up to be shorn.  Or turned into chops.  Altcoin trading is a bunch of fake coins being bought and sold between a bunch of people playing musical chairs.  It's farcical.
I think I will agree with you, feedback on his trading investment will be welcome especially if he is successful in his trade, and such will help new people coming into the forum and if the strategy failed it will be reviewed just to prevent more people making the same kind of mistakes. I know there is no 100% guarantee strategy but certainly feedback will help

any tips there guys im new in trading

edit: also best altcoin to invest

try to read some article regarding trading/alt coin trading you should learn a lot of things about it as alt coin trading is very risky because cannot totally predict its price movements whether it will be pumped or dumped i don't know what will be the best alt coin to invest but try to find an active alt coin to invest or check it if there are many people who are buying that certain alt coin just an opinion.

don't trust anybody, that is my mistake to believe people who said to hold my coins , after i hold my coins he dumped his coins and i'm not sell mine yet

it feels like i have been a victim of this same tactics and i have been on the same situation where i bought an alt coin and then she sold hers. Grin

Dont expect massive returns, get out with a small win and be happy, otherwise you will be the "bagholder".  And never listen to someone who has a "guanteed winner" (its sure to be the guaranteed loser).  Dont trade with all your btc either, only small amounts, because trading alts is a bloodbath.

We must always check the reliability of the resource from which we are getting trading calls.
Usually the free tips will not work effectively as far as I have experienced. We must only trade based on paid calls or from highly reputed resources/people. In troll box, usually people shout out only for their own benefits not definitely for your benefits.
This must be true and an useful tip because I have many experience of faced losses with the free trading calls.
Usually we must start trading based on others prediction only with paper trading. The mock trading will ensure the effectiveness of their predictions. Once we conclude that they are good with their predictions, we can start using them in our live trading.

Listening always on the  trollbox  will surely wreck  you  up  on your  tradings.  You are  right  this  is  a useful tip especially for those  newbies  out there because  i do this mistake too when  i was  a newbie  because  i do   listen  on those   fake  hypes  building on the  troll box  which i do  follow it and  bought the said coins  but  in the end  i do  realize  that  its  just  a  wrong  move.

Mostly this scene always repeat itself in troll boxes.  Anywhere you go, each exchanges if there is a troll box will tell you otherwise.  Meaning, people who yell about price increase , buy and hold will more likely to be the first one to dump the coins once he see people starts to take the bait.  So my say here is do a research and confirm the information.

Are you ever think? If not all of the people in the troll box was making a real troll for a newbie.
It may difficult for newbies filtering the pure suggestion and a troll.

If the coin is pumping just sell your coin and if the coin is dumping just buy a coin that is the simplest way to earn in trading. And don't trust a new coin because it might be a scam coin. And The most important is to have a team to control the market value, the dumping and pumping you must have a te of traders for fast income  Smiley
You have a good idea honestly i do not invest in new coin instead for safety purposes i choose old coins like litecoin monero or almost top 20 in coinmarket cap.. those altcoin is more safe or less risk to invest than the other altcoin and it gives me good profit but it takes a long time before you can make a good profit.

any tips there guys im new in trading

edit: also best altcoin to invest
this is what you should know about bitcoin or altcoin investment and trading. An investment in Bitcoin is a long-term undertaking, often with multiple goals such as portfolio diversification, fiat risk hedging, business or ideological objectives, etc. Bitcoin investors are generally insensitive to price volatility and unlikely to exit their positions, barring some dire eventuality.

By contrast, most Bitcoin traders maintain only short-term positions, staying in a trade for a maximum of a few months - but often for no more than a few hours. Bitcoin traders are also extremely price-sensitive, striving for perfect entry and exit prices and abandoning their positions immediately if they prove unprofitable
