If you are new to trading then I suggest you to make trades altcoin. when you trade do not forget to monitor at any time to see the price movement altcoin. you should be careful and clever in arranging a time when buying and selling bitcoin.  Wink

I think for new people who just want to start trading then they should first start to buy bitcoin at a lower price and try to sell for higher price instead straightway jump into altcoin trading. Because altcoin trading needs a quite lot of knowledge of all altcoins before investing. I agree that one must be watching all price movements after the trade placed otherwise may miss the opportunity of earning profits.

Like you, I am about to start trading.
What I did was to go to coinmarketcap.com to type out about 600+ coins in a tabular form. Every day their prices will be recorded.
This is how I can keep track of coins that are being pumped at the moment, so I can get on the bus fast and sell before dumping begins.

Personally, the place where I do most of my research would have to be places such as CoinCap.io and all of the forums in which the coins that you are investing in reside.

Don't join in on the pumps and dumps, could make a ton of could lose it all

Better to make a lean 2% then lose a FUCKING TERRIBLE %100

I agree, don't get too exicited about potential returns. Try to start small and don't take too many risks. I would start with trading only active alt coins with a decent price.
Yeah same here i start at small amount and try to my self to discover the ways in trading how i can make a profit.. before you can start to trading with high amount first that you dont have any idea and strategy how you can grow your trading it may result of loses..

I don’t have much knowledge about altcoins but I have some experience with investment and I would like to recommend you few tips to implement while trading (of course I learned it from this great community & my experience).

This is from warren buffet, his first rule of investment is ‘Never lose your capital’ and his second rule is ‘Never
forget rule no 1’. Well that means don’t stake your whole capital at one place which you can’t afford to lose.

Second one, If you want to invest $1 money then invest $100 worth of time before investing your $1. You will always have good potential while investing $101 th dollar.

Third, Always research before investing (that’s similar to #2) further don’t trust on anyone (especially if it’s free).

any tips there guys im new in trading

edit: also best altcoin to invest

The best and more popular altcoin currently are ethereum and ethereum classic which can be found on poloniex and have a large volume trading(they stay most of the time on top of the popular coin list). What you should consider before taking action and purchase altcoin is to check how often and when the price goes up and down, check the exchange price maybe you can make a faster profit by moving from an exchange to another one.

if you are new, it is difficult to explain the trade. because trading full research. perhaps better, read about the trade, so that you understand the basics of the trade. If you are confused in choosing a coin. You can find information about coins, or look at a coin which has the largest volume.

Well right now i am trying to trade ethereum and dash, i think ethereum will be great crypto currency in the future but as a trader dont just focus on 1 coin try to search and explore other coin to expand your trading knowledge, but trading alt coin has bigger risk then trading btc/usd

Hi sir do you know ethereum clasic? Because during the dump of bitcoin i saw that ethereum classic price goes up crazily in vice versa of bitcoin price dumped. Do you think it is also a good alternative?

aeon 2600 sat / target 4000 / 6000 sat
dgb 53 sat / target 80 sat
BTCD 200000 sat long hold
XMG 2000 sat target 5000 sat
LTC  660000 sat hold
NMC 57000 sat hold
PPC  60000 sat hold
NIRO 6000 sat hold

today /
aeon 2900 sat
BTCD  Last 0.00279127 ....  24h High 0.00298996
XMG  24h High 0.00002422    ... .  24h Low 0.00001875
this is no trading advice, you trade at your own risk, this is only exemple...
trade is  losing trades and winning trades risk management, you win if is more win trades then lose trades

for exemple NIRO  24h High 0.00006909 24h Low  0.00005200
If someone buy at 6800 and panics when is go down to 5200 and sell , this is bad trade.
Look Market History of NIRO .. in last 24 h ... its good lerning exemple

My tip is to not trust the people of trollbox. They are just trying to pump the coin that they invested in by trying to advertise the name in the troll box. Another thing is to remember the saying "Don't put all your eggs in one basket." If you have 1 BTC, don't invest it all in one alt coin. There are tons of altcoins out there. You might wanna check their thread in this forum first before you invest on it, most of them has a thread here.

Another thing, you could also try trading in groups. If you have friends that do altcoin as well, you might want to do it with them. There's a lot of things you could learn from other people's experiences.

As a person that has done trading before, earned some money, and lost some, this is my advice to you. Always do a research first about the current state of an alt coin. Sometimes it's not just a basic supply and demand that makes the market move. Sometimes it's because the project of the coin has been dumped by the developer.

After finding the thread of the alt coin you want to invest in, check their future projects and see if you think their coin has potential to grow. Always check the thread regularly for updates, in that way, you can predict if the coin will shoot up in the future.
YES and I'd like to add a few more.
-Always check if the ICO is backed up by the trusted escrow
-Only invest after the coin is accepted in one of the top 5 leading exchanges.
-Check if the devs are keeping record of all the coins spent in pre distribution phase.
-Never invest in the primitive stages of an ICO.

Sites like bitmex with a 100x leverage offers trading from as little as 50,000 satoshi, this may be a good way for you to get into trading initially. Sites like yobit.net and poloniex offer altcoin trading, as for the best coin I wouldn't know, I tend to stay away from altcoin trading.

Instead of yobit and bitfinex you try direct cash for trading like localbitcoins, Where you trade instantly very fast and smooth with the verified users.  Get one account with good trust and trade volume and go for it.

This idea seems to be safer than trading with altcoins. I also try doing this kind of trade because  the risk is not that high all you have to think or watch is the current price of USD and BTC

The most important tips that you should be careful in taking any decision. keep your patience. see how a coin and clay developing a blue print altcoin. timeliness in buying and selling coins so important.
yes keep patience in buying and selling bitcoin is a matter that must be considered. other than that we could use altcoin for very little capital. altcoin trading is the most appropriate choice.

-Do you have a degree in commerce ?
[jokes apart]

Although no degree or formal education is needed to start trading but some basic knowledge of the market is always useful.Stuff like 'margins','break-even',etc I have only seen people who're good at share markets equally better at bitcoin trading. That could be totally subjective though!
-Stop investing in markerts before you study about them.
-Invest only what you can afford to loose.
-Understand statistics and graph charts.
About altcoins : let's not talk about them right now.
