Well, i do boxing 2 - 3 times a week. it really helps me to lose weight faster than when im just doing sit ups , push ups, and planking since it requires a high level of athletic prowess and usually involves your whole body. Not only that but it gives you health benefits. It improves your cardiovascular health and decreases your stress levels. That's why i prefer boxing than a regular workout. Plus it's really fun , especially when you have somebody to box with.

Don't know how I stumbled in here. I do 3-4 times a week. Cardio and dumbbell work just about exclusively. I would lift more but I cannot properly motivate long term because I look built naturally and because of such getting toned would take serious commitment.

Love lifting steel and boxing but family commitments have me limited to 2~4 sessions a week, normally 6am~7am. Been on the weights on and off for over 20 years now...

At rest, I have 16 inch guns, currently I get enough pump that they vein up despite not being a gym junky whom tries to cut fat. 6ft (182cm) tall, 215lb (98kg) with full sets of squat [chair rack] of 440lb (200kg), arm curls of 50lb (22.5kg) and lat pull downs (my favourite) of 175lb (80kg).

Anyone else wanna share fav stats?

I do workout one hour for one day. Workout isn't just for losing weight but workout can make your body stronger. Although it hurts sometime but believe me you'll love the results. Never give up.

I was feeling the same emotion but I'll quit, I guess. It's hard to do it properly in a weekly schedule.

Workout not just strengthens your body but it gives lots of positivity for mind. Everyday 1 hour in the morning is in my daily schedule now and if I miss one day then I'll feel something is odd for the whole day.

I find the easiest way to stick to it is to have a routine and to be accountable to someone, the guilt really gives you that motivation to keep going

When I was in college I pretty much lived in the gym, but got burnt out after graduation and didn't visit the gym for 19 years.  I've been working out  for the last two weeks and am enjoying it again.  I've lost some weight and have more energy.  My cholesterol level is probably better to.  Don't deprive yourself of food people.  Eat what you want and just go do some cardiovascular work.
